Training Audit

We review your current training program and identify which subjects would benefit most from video content. Our goal is to make the most of your budget while building a strong foundation for future expansion.

Step 2

Scripts, Capture, & Editing

We work with you to script each training scenario and build a plan for capturing all of the content. Once filming is complete, videos are edited for clarity and to maximize engagement.

Step 3

Deploy

We upload all of your content to an online training platform allowing you to assign modules to your crews and track their progress. If you already use online training, we can help you integrate your videos into the platform you currently use.

You don't have to build it all at once. Modules can be added as budget and scheduling allows, which is why we recommend starting with the modules that solve your most pressing needs first and expanding from there.
